1 glass of warm water

Making this drink could not be easier. Simply take your glass of water and stir in the cinnamon. Then, add lemon juice and honey and stir until fully mixed.

  11. I am on board with the lemon, cinnamon and hot water, but One Tablespoon of honey!  I am not accustomed to eating so much SWEET.  I could handle the honey if it was a teaspoon of honey.  Could anyone tell me why so much honey????
